1. What Memoring Co is

Memoring Co operates a private, NFC-enabled memory platform. We provide cloud storage for photos, videos, notes, letters, voice memos, and memorial pages that you choose to associate with a physical keepsake (ring, pendant, locket, dog tag, etc.). Tapping the chip on the keepsake opens that private memory space.

2. Your account & your content

You retain ownership of every memory you upload. Memoring Co stores it on your behalf and exposes it only to the audiences you choose: private (you and trusted devices), public (anyone with the chip), or circle (invited family / friends).

3. What we will never do

Memoring Co is not social media. We do not show your memories in feeds, recommend them to other users, sell them, or train models on them. There are no comments, followers, or discovery surfaces.

4. Keepsake ownership & transfer

The first user to activate an unclaimed Memoring Co chip becomes its permanent owner. You may transfer that ownership to another person at any time via the in-app transfer flow.

5. Lost / Recovery mode

If you mark a keepsake as lost, your memories are hidden and only a contact card appears when the chip is tapped. We may notify you when the chip is scanned.

6. Legacy & memorial preservation

Memorial mode allows a keepsake's memory space to be preserved in perpetuity. Designated heirs may continue tending the space.

7. Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal content, content of children other than your own, or content you don't have rights to share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.

8. Service availability

Memoring Co is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform online and your memories preserved, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
