What we collect
- Your email and name (for sign-in and transactional email)
- Your memories (photos, videos, notes, voice — only what you upload)
- Tap analytics on your own chips (count, last tap time, IP for trusted-device validation)
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your memories
- We do not show your memories in any feed or to any user outside the audience you choose
- We do not train AI models on your content
- We do not show advertising
Trusted devices
When you unlock a private keepsake with the PIN, we set a long-lived, HTTP-only, secure cookie on that device so future taps bypass the PIN. The cookie contains a random identifier — no personal data.
We send transactional email only — welcome, password resets, transfer invitations, recovery alerts. We do not send marketing email.
Deleting your data
Delete an individual memory or an entire keepsake from your dashboard at any time. Email hello@memoringco.com to delete your account entirely.
